As part of our recent BrokerFirst redesign, a ‘My Documents’ feature was added which allows you to view copies of all client correspondence in one location. These documents are available for you to search and reference as required, but can also be printed or saved to your own computer.
From Monday 29th January, copies of client correspondence which you have previously received by email/post will only be available online in ‘My Documents’ on BrokerFirst. Most will no longer be emailed or posted to you. Clients will continue to receive their scheduled correspondence from Friends First by email/post.
Friends First will continue to email/post the following documents to you:
Group documentation – Group Quotes, Group Renewals and Group New Business
Individual New Business documentation
Health Claims documentation
Urgent documentation including medical evidence, new business outstanding requirements, dishonour letters, or cancellation letters will be emailed to you as well as being available in ‘My Documents’ on BrokerFirst..
Your commission statements will continue to be distributed as normal.
The ‘My Documents’ tab is updated daily with new documents. This update takes place each morning at 8.00 so you can log in from this time to view any new correspondence.
Based on your feedback, the ‘My Documents’ system will be updated shortly so that you will also receive email notification when new correspondence is available in ‘My Documents’ for review.
