1. What do you use my personal data for?
We use your Data to give you information about Regulated Financial Products. If you hold a Policy or have a Pension or Investment Product with us we will use it to administer it and deal with claims. We won’t use it for marketing unless we have your permission – which you may withdraw easily at any time

We collect basic Data such as your name, address, occupation and identification details, but we also collect other Data such as Health Data to assess risk before we provide you with a policy or to deal with a claim. Some Data is collected because we must to do so for legal reasons such as protecting your interests under the Consumer Protection Code, or complying with Anti-Money Laundering laws, or other reporting obligations.
3. Who do you share my personal data with?
Only where necessary and for the purpose you gave it to us, do we share your Data with others such as your insurance broker, reinsurers, your previous insurers (or subsequent insurers), your employer or your doctor/s. Sometimes we may be obliged to share your Data with others such as the Revenue Commissioners, or the Gardaí for legal reasons.
