Having successfully revised our new business online application process earlier in the year, these latest enhancements mark the next major step in our journey to make it easier for you to do business with us.

The secure element of the BrokerFirst website is being redesigned to offer improved functionality and make it easier for you to access and submit client data 24/7.
A “My Documents” feature will be added to allow you view all client copy correspondence online at the touch of your fingertips. You can open and print these documents or simply save them onto your own drive for future reference. From early January we will no longer post client copy correspondence to you (with a few small exceptions) but don’t worry, we will give you plenty of advanced notice before then.
Snap & Submit is another new feature designed to save you time and effort. When sending us any type of signed form, direct debit mandate etc.; you will now be able to simply Snap a copy of the document (e.g. take a photo or a screenshot), attach it, or drag and drop the form into BrokerFirst. Then all you need to do is select the appropriate service team and press the submit button.
Reflexive Underwriting – Transition Notes
Decide if you want to input new cases before the 24th November (subject to the ‘old’ underwriting process) or wait until after the 24th November to avail of the new reflexive underwriting system.
Please note the following must be reviewed Prior to 5pm on the 24th November.
Applications completed on the basis of the ‘old’ underwriting questions must be submitted.
Partially completed online applications saved on Brokerfirst must be submitted or they will need to be re-input.
Saved applications which have not been submitted by 5pm will be deleted.
