Talk to your Financial Broker about the range of multi-asset funds from Friends First. They are an ideal option if you want a “no-hassle” approach to growing your money.
So you have decided you are going to invest. Maybe you are new to the whole investment scene. Or maybe you just don’t want to be too involved in managing your money.
That is why we have developed our readymade multi-asset fund ranges: Magnet and Compass. These funds group together a number of different investment funds, each run by different managers and investing in different things.
You can get access to all the fund managers and investment styles available from Friends First. You can spread your investment over different types of assets such as property, cash, company shares, commodities or government bonds. And all in one handy fund.
Magnet and Compass Multi-Asset Funds
Generally, the funds in the Magnet Range use actively managed funds. These are funds where the manager is trying to deliver better returns than the markets they are invested in.
The funds in the Compass Range show a bias towards index tracking funds to keep overall expenses lower. These are funds that aim to give you returns that are pretty much in line with the markets they are invested in.
Both the Magnet and Compass Ranges offer different levels of risk. We rate this using the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) risk scale where a score of 1 indicates the lowest risk and 7 indicates the highest risk.
So whether you are adventurous with your finances or prefer to play it safe, you can pick a multi-asset fund that suits you. Try our Investment Suitability Tool to help you figure out your attitude to risk.
