| News > Friends First to Sponsor The Business on RTÉ Radio 1 Friends First will begin a 12 month sponsorship of The Business show on RTÉ Radio 1 commencing on Sunday 8 March. The Business is broadcast on RTÉ Radio on Sundays at 10 – 11am with an audience of 190,000 listeners per week. The show looks at both established business as well as monitoring the progress of Ireland’s new entrepreneurs and their start-up stories. It also checks out the competition and value for money in key sectors and focuses on issues and stories of the day in the world of business, the economy and personal finance. John Murray regularly talks to the big names in business and finance in Ireland and abroad, recent interviews include financial legend George Soros, Ryanair’s Michael O’Leary and Richard Barrett of Treasury Holdings.
